All purchases including custom pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable.

All custom orders must be paid in full when ordering. 

Artists retain their creative liberties when a custom order is made, and pieces cannot be reproduced. Clients must understand that custom pieces are not exact replicas of the original. 

For any custom pieces not accepted by the client, the piece is non-refundable.
