Mireille Molleur

My journey is part of a great need to learn, to advance which resulted in a certificate in arts at UQAM, followed by workshops at the Center d'Arts Saydie Brofman, Mtl and courses at Bishop's University, St-Lambert with among others Seymour Segal. For the past few years, I have been signing up for a series of coaching workshops with Tania Lebedeff, the objective always being destabilization in order to move forward and break the routine gesture that is taking hold in spite of me.

My involvement with cultural organizations in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu: Arto la coop, over the years, I have been involved in various committees and a member of the Board. Currently I am involved in the Events Committee (Symposium, Meeting of Arts, The Art Rush and other activities) and I am also a member of the board of directors of the Friends of Trinity d'Iberville and of the artistic direction committee of the Centre d'Art Domaine Trinity.

The artist now... doubt still lives in me and allows me to move forward at the speed of my questioning. I am constantly in critical reflection vis-à-vis my creation, I am in search of emotion, of the moment that lives in me, I accept that nothing will be perfect, and that change is the greatest gift that I can afford.

I therefore offer you a look through shapes and colors in a semi-figurative and contemporary universe allowing you to dream, to remember.
